Heatherton Community Centre has a lot to offer. Inside and out.

Convenient Location

One of the building selling points is it’s location. Our Community Centre is directly off the Trans Canada highway and only 12 mins from Antigonish.

Fitness Centre

Our Fitness Centre is 1400sq ft with cardio and weight training equipment. The Fitness Centre is accessible to monthly members seven days a week from 5:45am-9:15pm.

Ultra Highspeed wifi

An essential, our entire building is equipped with reliable ultra high speed wireless. This is our newest service which has benefited our patrons.

Bar Services

We are licensed! If your event is in the Main Hall or Community Room bar services are available. Bars are run by the Community Centre.

Outdoor facilities

Ball field and Playground, Walker and joggers enjoy our well lit paved track around the Community Centre though out the year. If ice is your thing just down the road is an outdoor regulation sized rink decked with lights.

Accessibility and Parking

The Community Centre is single leveled with stair free entry ways. Designated accessible parking spots are located next to all the main entrances. Our parking lots have ample parking spaces for large events.

We have 2 AED Stations one at each end of the building
